“The Godwin-Terbach Museum was honored to be the setting for Sigg's profoundly beautiful works and the stage for presenting his rich legacy. The museum's abundant, soaring space allowed viewers to experience Sigg's elegant abstract paintings to their fullest. At first, bold, singular forms captured the eye—powerful, sweeping gestures like rivers; mysterious doors and windows of light that simultaneously penetrated and merged with transparent layers of color. Soon you were drawn into the color, willingly immersed in an oceanic medium that existed somewhere between nature and ‘other’ possibilities.”
